**If you are sending in pictures, please follow these guidelines:
Send an email message to bikeweekguide@att.net according to the following guidelines:
You may send in as many pictures as you like, but please don't send huge files.
Limit the total size of your attached files to less than 2 megabytes per email message.
If you can ZIP the files that would be great, just limit the total zip file size to less than 2 megabyte. Acceptable file formats are: .jpg, .gif, or .bmp.
Understand that by sending us your pictures that you are releasing your rights to your pictures, and are assigning those rights to www.bikeweekguide.com to use your pictures for whatever purpose we desire.
Also understand that we may not want to post, or be able to post, every picture that we receive due to restrictions on content and available space.
**For Property Listings, please follow these simple instructions:
Send us an email at bikeweekguide@att.net with the following information:
The address of the property.
A short description of the property and its amenities.
The name of the person to contact about renting the property (can be just your first name).
A telephone number or email address of the contact person.
A picture of the property if you want to include one.
That's all there is to it. www.Bikeweekguide.com reserves the right to refuse any listing and, at our discretion, may discontinue your listing at any time.
